WHAT IS EMDR?

EMDR is specialized technique which facilitates the accessing & processing of memories in order to alleviate distress. It is a highly effective treatment for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, phobias, pain disorders, distress from infertility, and performance anxiety. It has been endorsed by the Veterans Administration for the treatment of trauma. It has been also been used to enhance focus and productivity in the workplace.
